At Fractal Flow Designs, every resin and timber board is handcrafted with care. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how returns work:

Refund & Return Policy

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 31 days of purchase.
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
• Eligible Returns: Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for return.
• Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.
• Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
