❓ Where is Fractal Flow Designs based?

We are proudly based in East Gippsland, Victoria, Australia. All of our handcrafted resin and timber boards are made locally and shipped Australia-wide.

🚚 Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. We ship to all Australian states and territories with flat-rate shipping. Every order includes tracking. Local pickup may be available upon request.

⏱ How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery time varies by location:

• Metro: 2–5 business days
• Rural: 5–10 business days

🎁 Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. All boards are packed securely and arrive gift-ready, with optional care cards included. You can also purchase gift sets with care kits during checkout.

🪵 What type of timber do you use?

We use sustainably sourced Australian hardwoods, including acacia, Blackwood, Red Gum and other character-rich grains. All boards are food-safe and handcrafted for durability.

🧴 Is your resin food-safe and non-toxic?

Yes. We use BPA-free, zero-VOC epoxy resin that is fully cured and safe for food contact. Learn more on our Non-Toxic Resin Info page.

Can I cut directly on the board?

You can cut on the timber-only areas of your board. Avoid cutting directly on the resin.
